Naturally extends shelf-life of mushrooms up to one week longer.
Handmade from the heart in Southern California.
Ambrosia produce bags are born out of old world wisdom and modern day technology to provide a simple and natural way to keep mushrooms fresher, longer.

Our specially designed flax linen Mushroom Bag inhibits the formation of bacteria and mold unlike any of the cotton produce bags on the market. The hollow fibers promote controlled aeration which creates the ideal atmosphere for the maximum shelf life of Mushrooms on the refrigerator shelf.

    LOVE my new mushroom bag!!

I never knew how to keep / store my mushrooms fresh, they’re usually wrapped in plastic film when you buy them in the store. Now, I immediately put them in my Ambrosia bag and they stay nice and fresh! Thank you!!! I highly recommend!!

    mushroom bag

I like it, but I don't eat that many shrooms. But I am currently using it for potatoes. I like the smaller size, as well.

    Initially apprehensive?

I liked the idea of these bags at first glance, but thought it was probably just a gimmick at best. But WOW, was I wrong. I love this bag and have since bought the berry bag and will soon purchase the extra large vegetable version. Can’t recommend these enough.. 👍👍✌️

Mushrooms have never had it this good before ...

I used to buy mushrooms in those plastic containers and store in the refrigerator with paper towels on top of them. THIS BAG - whoa, total game changer! Our mushrooms not only last longer but are super happy in this bag and don't dry out like in those plastic containers or get mushy. Love these bags!

Why We Love Linen

Flax linen takes less energy to grow and process, using fewer inputs and less irrigation when compared to cotton.

Linen absorbs and holds on to moisture better than other organic fibers, so it keeps produce hydrated longer.

The fiber is also highly breathable, allowing more oxygen in, and more ethylene out.

Frequently Asked Questions - Mushroom Bag

Due to the air-permeability of the weave, the mushrooms are well-ventilated and protected from other elements in your fridge.

With very few exceptions, all commercially available mushrooms and most foraged edible mushrooms will work.

We recommend gently brushing any residue on the mushrooms instead of washing them.
